神経原性後腹膜腫瘍の3例

THREE CASES OF THE NEUROGENIC RETROPERITONEAL TUMOR

　49歳女性，73歳男性，50歳女性にみられた後腹膜原発の神経原性腫瘍3例を報告した。組織型は神経線維腫1例，神経鞘腫2例であり，いずれも良性であつた。3例とも腫瘍全摘を行い，現在まで再発をみていない。後腹膜腔は広いスペースを有し，疎な結合織が多いため巨大な腫瘍となることがあるが，腫瘍の大きさと悪性度とは関連が少ない。しかし良性であつても術後の再発，悪性化の報告もあり，厳重な経過観察を要する。

Three cases of primary retroperitoneal tumors originated from the peripheral nerves were presented. Histologically, one case was neurofibroma and the other cases were Schwannomas. All cases were benign. Because the retroperitoneal space is large and composed of arcelar tissue, retroperitoneal tumor tends to develope very large. But the size of the tumor is not always related to the grade of malignancy. Post-operative recurrence or malignant progression of the benign Schwannoma has been reported, therefore strict follow-up is required.
