58歳，女性。1995年に甲状腺癌で手術。人間ドックの腹部エコーにて右腎実質内に長径13mmの不均一なエコー像を呈する腫瘤を指摘され当科を初診した。画像上，腎細胞癌あるいは甲状腺癌腎転移の可能性が示唆されたため腎部分切除術を行った。術後，病理組織学的に腎血管腫と判明した。
A 58-year-old woman was referred to our clinic for incidental right renal mass. She had remained free of recurrence eight years after complete resection of thyroid carcinoma. Abdominal CT,MRI and renal angiography highly suggested the renal cell carcinoma or renal metastasis of thyroid carcinoma. She underwent partial nephrectomy. Microscopic investigation yieled a hemangioma in the renal parenchyma.
