交叉性腎変位6例の経験—特に脊椎奇形との関連について

SIX CASES OF CROSSED RENAL ECTOPIA WITH SPECIAL REFERENCES TO VERTEBRAL ANOMALIES

緒言

　交叉性腎変位は本来あるべき側の腎が正中線を越えて反対側に変位し，それに所属する尿管が脊椎と交叉しているもので，尿路奇形の中では比較的稀なものである^1）。骨奇形，とりわけ脊椎奇形と本症の合併については発生学的にも注目されてはいたが，それに注目した泌尿器科医の報告は案外少ない^2〜4）。今回われわれは6例の交叉性腎変位を経験し，うち5例に脊椎奇形の合併を認めたことから，両者の関係について若干の考察を加えて報告する。

Six cases of crossed renal ectopia were reported herein. Age at presentation ranged from 3 weeks to 22 years (mean 5.4 years). All the patients were male and the anomaly was an incidental finding in most of them. Diagnosis was mainly made by excretory urograms and fusion of bothkidneys was documented by renoscintigram in 3 cases. The crossed ectopic kidneys were observed on the right side in 4 and on the left in 2 cases. They presented most often with multiple congenital anomalies such as vertebral in 5, urogenital in 3 and anorectal in 2 cases. All required no operative treatment except for associated anomalies.
