パチンコ遊戯中に自然破裂を来した腎癌

　78歳男性．パチンコ遊戯中に腰背部痛を自覚し，CT検査で右腎癌自然破裂と診断された．動脈塞栓術（TAE）を実施し，待機的に根治的右腎摘出術を行った．病理結果は淡明型腎細胞癌であった．自然破裂を契機に診断される腎癌はまれである．今回，われわれはパチンコ遊戯中に自然破裂を来した腎癌の一例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する．

Abstract

The case was a 78-year-old man. He was aware of lower back pain during play. Diagnosis of spontaneous rupture of right kidney cancer by CT examination. After transcatheter arterial embolization (TAE), radical right nephrectomy was performed on standby, and the pathological result was clear cell renal cell carcinoma. Renal cancer diagnosed with spontaneous rupture is rare, and this time, we experienced renal cancer spontaneous rupture that developed during play, so we report it with some literature considerations (Rinsho Hinyokika 76 : 935-939, 2022).
