緒言
神経鞘腫は頭頸部，上肢に発生することが多く後腹膜腔に原発するものは稀である。最近われわれは後腹膜腔に発生した神経鞘腫の1例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。
A 44-year-old man was admitted to our hospital with a chief complaint of lower abdominal pain which had appeared 2 year ago. Physical examination revealed a smooth, hard, immobile and child head sized mass in the right abdomen. On laboratory examination, CRP, ESR and VMA were within normal limits, but α2-globulin was slightly increased. CT scan and echography showed that the tumorwas polycystic and located in the retroperitoneal cavity in front of the right psoas muscle.
