外傷性睾丸脱出症

A CASE OF TRAUMATIC TESTICULAR LUXATION

　21歳，男性，左陰嚢内容物の欠如および左下腹部腫瘤を主訴に来院。約3ヵ月前にオートバイによる交通事故の既往があり，その後に左陰嚢内容物の欠如に気づぎ，さらに左下腹部に腫瘤を触知するようになつた。超音波検査，CTスキャンなどより外傷性睾丸脱出症と診断し，左睾丸の観血的整復を行つた。分類上，表在性腹部の睾丸脱出症であつた。睾丸脱出症の本邦報告49例を集計した。

The patient was a 21-year-old man, who met a traffic accident driving motorcycle. Three months after the accident, he was admitted in our hospital with a complaint of absence of the left testicle in the scrotum. The testis was found in the subcutaneous tissue of left lower abdominal region and was surgically corrected into its normal site. In the result of left testicular biopsy, germ cells were com-pletely absent. Including our case, 49 cases of the testicular luxation have been reported. A briaf review and discussion was also given.
