腎嚢胞に合併した腎腫瘍の1例

COEXISTANCE OF CYST AND TUMOR IN THE SAME KIDNEY: A CASE REPORT

緒言

　腎嚢胞に腎腫瘍が合併することは比較的稀であり，本邦ではこれまで30例報告されているのみである。本症の術前診断は困難な場合が多いといわれてきたが，われわれは術前にCTで腎嚢胞と腎腫瘍の合併を疑い，手術を行つた症例を経験したので報告する。

A 53-year-old female had coexistent renal cyst and tumor diagnosed by computed tomography scan. Right nephrectomy was performed. The cyst and tumor was filled with a clear yellow fluid. Histolo-gically, the tumor was papillary adenocarcinoma. The coexistence of renal cyst and tumor is rare and 30 cases have been reported in Japanese literature. The diagnosis of coexistance of renal cyst and tumor was discussed and the importance of the computed tomography scan was emphasized.
