患者は58歳，男性。右精巣の腫瘤を主訴に受診した。超音波検査では右陰囊内に1個の囊胞状腫瘤を認めた。囊胞壁切除術を行い，病理組織学的診断は精巣白膜囊胞であった。
A 58-year-old man visited our hospital because of right scrotal tumor. Ultrasonography revealed a cystic mass on the surface of right testicle. We performed resection of the cystic wall. The histological examination demonstrated a cyst of tunica albuginea.
