精管開口異常の1例

A CASE OF ECTOPIC VAS DEFERENS (VASOURETERAL ECTOPIA)

はじめに

　精管が本来の開口部より外れて，膀胱，尿管などの尿路に開口する状態を精管開口異常（ectopic　vas deferens）と言い，極めて稀な疾患である。最近われわれは鎖肛の男児で，多くの臓器にわたる合併奇形の一つとして本症を経験したので症例報告すると同時に若干の文献的考察を加えた。

A case of ectopic vas deferens (24th in the world literature inclusive of 3 cases from the Japanese) experienced in a 1-year-old boy with atresia ani was reported.

Discussions in regard to its diagnosis, clinical feature and embryology were made on this rare abnor-mality involving proximal vas deferens.

Although the majolity of associated abnormalities in this boy were explicable with the concept of primary defect in caudal axis of Smith, the specific embryologic discussion was made along the concept of abnormal proximal vas precursor (Gibbons et al 1978).
