はじめに
女児の尿管開口異常例は珍しいものではないが,最近4例を得,診断法あるいは治療上興味あるものを経験したので,その症例を記載する。
Four cases of ureteral ectopias in female infants were reported.
Case 1 was a 4 years old girl with the ectopic ureteral orifice at the internal urethral orifice, as a small hole. As the kidney was hydronephrotic and hypoplastic with megaloureter, a right nephrectomy was performed. Fig. 1 shows the pyeloureteric findings of this case.
Case 2 was 4 years and 6 months old. Complete reduplication of the pelvis and ureter on the right side and the ectopic ureteral orifice of the upper pelvis was noticed at the introitus with slight hydroureter and hydronephrosis.
