腎細胞癌の肺転移に対する手術的治療症例の検討

RESULTS OF PULMONARY RESECTION FOR METASTATIC RENAL CELL CARCINOMA

緒言

　肺転移の問題は，悪性腫瘍患者の治療を進めて行く上で避けえないところであるが，これは腎細胞癌においても同様である。根治的腎摘が可能であつたと考えられても，やがて肺転移に遭遇することがあり，また集学的治療としてあらゆる方法を総合して治療にあたる点から，肺転移に対しても積極的な治療が検討される段階にある。今回，肺転移に手術的治療を施行した6例の成績を検討するとともに，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Between 1972 and April 1983, eighty-one patiens with renal cell carcinoma were treated at the Department of Urology, Niigata University Hospital, in which six patients were treated with resection of the pulmonary metastases. Indication was chiefly applied according to four principle of Thomford et al: (1965) but in one patient, bilateral and multiple metastases were enucleated. Of six, two had been disco-vered metastases before nephrectomy, one had invasion into the descending colon, and two had with tumor thrombus.
