睾丸病変を伴つたSchönlein-Henoch紫斑病の1例

TESTIS INVOLVEMENT IN SCHÖNLEIN-HENOCH PURPURA

緒言

　Schönlein-Henoch紫斑病は腹部症状，皮膚症状，関節症状を3大症状とし，小児期の紫斑病の約半数を占めている^1）。本症は3大症状の他に，腎症状，神経症状など多彩な症状を呈するが，睾丸症状を合併する例は稀である。われわれは本症の経過中に睾丸痛と睾丸腫脹を伴つた1例を経験したので報告する。

A 7-year-old boy with testicular swelling was admitted to our hospital. He had also complained abdominal pain since a month before. Diagnosis was torsion of the testis or of appendix testis. He was immediately taken to surgery, but no torsion was found. Microscopic examination of the biopsied specimens revealed vasculitis with fibrinous exudate. The seminiferous tubuli were intact. Two days after the operation, numerous purpuric lesions appeared over the buttocks and peritibial areas. He was diag-nosed as allergic purpura and was given predonisolone. The purpura lesions and testicular swelling improved after several days.
