先天性勃起時陰茎弯曲症の1例

CONGENITAL CURVATURE OF THE PENIS

　尿道下裂，Peyronie病，尿道狭窄などの原因がなく勃起時にだけ陰茎が弯曲する先天性陰茎彎曲症には通常Nesbitの手術^1）が行われる。最近われわれも勃起時腹側に弯曲する本症の1例をNesbitの方法で治癒させえた。この際，矯正が満足できるものとなつたか否かを術中に人工勃起を作つて確かめ，また陰茎海綿体白膜上の血管と神経の損傷を防ぐために生食水を注入してこれらを遊離して手術を行い好結果を得たので報告する。

Herein was described a patient with congenital ventral curvature of the penis who underwent Nesbit's surgical procedure. The result was excellent. An intraoperatively induced erection with an injection of normal saline into corpora was useful in the assessment of verification of an adequate plastic correction.A technique to protect veins and nerves on tunica albuginea was also described.
