陰茎持続勃起症の1例

A CASE OF PRIAPISM

緒言

　陰茎持続勃起症は最近必ずしも稀な疾患とはいえない。しかし本症の発症病理はいぜんとして不明な部分が多くしばしば原因をつきとめることができずに，特発性陰茎持続勃起症という呼び名をつけられている。

　このため治療も姑息的なものとならざるをえない。ことにその大部分の人は陰萎を残して治癒する。これは患者の多くが20〜30歳台であることからもきわめて重大な問題である^1,2）。

　われわれの経験した1例は，治癒後5年になるが陰萎も残らず，再発もなく，性生活も正常である。

Case is a 36 year old male who visited our clinic with the chief complaint of painful continuous penile erection, pain by urination and dysuria. Good results were obtained by coservative treatment with Tan-deril and chloramphenicol and 3 aspiration of the corpus cavernosum.

No causative latent disease, nor impotence appeared during the 5 years observation and enjoying a happy sexual life with normal erection. This suggests that this case could be considered as a case of idiopathic priapism.
