膀胱平滑筋肉腫の1例

A CASE OF LEIOMYOSARCOM OF THE URINARY BLADDER

I．緒言

　膀胱肉腫は，膀胱悪性腫瘍中稀な腫瘍であるが，平滑筋肉腫は更に稀なものとされている。著者等は，52歳男子の膀胱平滑筋肉腫の1例を経験したので，ここに報告する。

52 years old, male.

Because of sudden blood urine, came to the hospital for being examined.

Past history and family history indicate no particular characteristics worth of informa-tion.

Diagnosis by percussion, auscultation and touching proves normal.

Several kinds of examination resulted in no notable evidence.

In the examination through a cystoscope, a swelling, expansible and as large as an egg, was found at the top of the bladder.

The surface of the swelling was not smo-oth but uneven, shaped like a new moon.
