　31歳男性に発症したサルコイドーシスの1例を経験した。サルコイドーシスにおいて腫瘤形成性の肉芽腫性腎病変の合併はきわめて少ない。本症例ではCTおよびMRIにおいて特徴的な肉芽腫性病変を呈した。確定診断には生検が必要と考えられたが，腎腫瘤の部位およびリスクを考慮し施行しなかった。MRIでの腎病変に関する報告は検索し得なかった。今後も厳重な経過観察が必要と思われた。

This is a report of a case of sarcoidosis in a Japanese 31-year-old man. A right renal mass was detected twoyears before he visited our hospital, and he had alreadybeen diagnosed as sarcoidosis (stage II). Non-contrast-ing CT demonstrated a low-density area in the upperpole of the right kidney. T2-weighted imaging revealedan oval nodule consisting of a star-shaped area with lowintensity, surrounded by an area with high intensity.Microscopically, non-caseating epithelioid cell granulo-mas were seen in the specimens biopsied from the lungand the skin, and the diagnosis of sarcoidosis was made.
