レックリングハウゼン病に合併した原発性後腹膜平滑筋肉腫の1例

A CASE OF PRIMARY RETROPERITONEAL LEIOMYOSARCOMA OCCURRING IN A PATIENT WITH RECKLINGHAUSEN'S DISEASE

はじめに

　後腹膜腫瘍は，1761年Morganiの脂肪腫の報告以来，多くの症例が報告されているが，臨床では比較的稀な疾患であり，本症の診断および治療は必ずしも容易ではない。われわれは，vonRecklinghausen's disease　（以下VRDと略す）に原発性後腹膜平滑筋肉腫の合併した1例を経験したので報告する。

A 48-year-old female was referred to us because of left flank pain and palpable mass. Physical exa-mination showed a fist-sized tumor in the left side of the abdomen and many small nodules on her skin. IVP disclosed the left kidney displaced upward and angiography revealed neovascularity. No pathologi-cal laboratory data were noted. The tumor was removed through flank incision without any trouble.Histological diagnosis was of leiomyosarcoma.
