緒言
Mesoblastic nephromaは，新生児腎実質腫瘍中最多といわれ，Wilms腫瘍との鑑別が重要であるが，今回，われわれは16歳男子のMesoblasticnephromaの1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。
A 16-year-old boy was admitted with the complaint of left abdominal mass. The transperitoneal left nephrectomy was performed under the diagnosis of left renal tumor. The specimen weighed 2, 770g and the tumor measured 14.5×15.0×10.5 cm. The cut surface of the tumor was white and had watered-silk appearance without hemorrhage and necrosis. Histological diagnosis was mesoblastic nephroma, more collagenized than infantile form.
