外傷性腎動脈血栓症の1例

A CASE OF UNILATERAL TRAUMATIC RENAL ARTERY THROMBOSIS

緒言

　泌尿器系外傷のうち，腎外傷については本邦においてもかなりの報告がみられる。しかし，外傷性腎動脈血栓症は稀であり，報告も少ない。著者らも多数の腎外傷例を治療してきたが，最近受傷直後に来院した18歳男子の外傷性腎動脈血栓症を経験したので報告し，同時に文献的考察を行つた。

An 18-year-old male was hospitalized in our emergency room after an automobile accident. He had upper abdominal pain and macrohematuria. The left kidney was normal but the right side was not clearly demonstrated on IVP and CT taken on that day.

5 days later an angiography of the right renal artery showed a circular intimal lesion with thrombosis, but there were moderate amounts of blood supply through this artery and colateral vessels.

Surgical interference was not intended because of two previous laparotomics including a distalpancreatectomy 2 years ago and delay of operation.
