緒言
嚢胞性腎疾患は嚢胞内出血，腎石灰化，感染症などの合併症を来すことがある。今回われわれは感染性腎嚢胞が疑われた1例を経験したので報告し，特に診断について議論を加えたい。
A 65 year-old man had suffered a left frank and lumbar pain, and high fever. Physical examination on admission revealed high fever and tenderness of left frank area. Urinalysis showed proteinuria and an evidence of urinary tract infection, but bacterial culture was negative. Plain X-ray film disclosed enlargment and calcification of the bilateral kidney. DIP showed bilateral cystic masses of the kidney.Ultrasound showed several cystic masses and an irregular thick-walled mass in the left upper pole of the kidney.
