緒言

　膵癌で精索に転移して始めて診断されることはきわめて稀である^1）。われわれは，38歳の男性で，精索腫瘤の手術で転移癌と診断され，ERCP　（内視鏡的逆行性膵・胆管造影法）や腹部CTによつて膵尾部癌によるものと確認して開腹した1症例を経験したので報告する。

A 38-year-old male patient came to us with a chief complaint of a tumor of the right inguinal region. The blood and urine amylase were normal. The resected tumor was diagnosed as metastatic adenocarcinoma. Further examinations were made for primary carcinoma, and as a result, a diagnosis of pancreatic tail cancer was made by means of ERCP and abdominal CT. Laparotomy was executed but only finished in biopsy since it was impossible to extract the pancreatic tail cancer due to metastasis of the peritoneum.
