小児の傍尿管憩室の1例

PARAURETERAL DIVERTICULUM IN CHILDHOOD: REPORT OF A CASE

緒言

　下部尿路の通過障害を伴わない小児の膀胱憩室は，従来比較的稀とされているが，近年その報告例が増えている。小児の先天性膀胱憩室のなかでは，尿管口の外側上方に突出した傍尿管憩室（paraureteral diverticulum）といわれる型のものが多く，最近われわれも6歳男子の症例を経験したので報告し，若干の考察を加える。

A 6-year-old boy was admitted with a chief complaint of recurrent pyelonephritis. Voiding cystoure-throgram revealed a right paraureteral diverticulum with vesicoureteral reflux and no obvious obstruction in the lower urinary tract. There was no residual urine. Diverticulectomy and right ureterocystoneostomy lead the patient asymptomatic. The diagnosis, treatmet and pathogenesis of paraureteral diverticulum in childhood were discussed in its relation to periureteral diverticulum.
