緒言
泌尿器科学の進歩により尿管瘤の報告例は増加しているが，最近われわれは尿管瘤内に瘤とほぼ同じ大きさの結石を合併した2症例を経験したので報告する。
The first case was a 67-year old female with a complaint of painful urination. Urological examina-tion revealed right ureterocele containing a stone 20 x 23 mm in size.
The second case was a 74-year old female. She was pointed out a vesical stone by X-ray exami-nation performed by a orthopedist, 8 days prior to visiting our hospital. Urological examination showed left complete double pelvis and ureter. In the ureteral orifice draining the upper pole, a stone 49 x 24 mm in size was found.
In both cases, transvesical ureterocelectomy and ureteral plasty was carried out. In the second case, transient left VUR was observed.
