陰茎癌の阻血療法

A NEW TREATMENT OF PENILE CANCER BY THE LIGATION AND RELEASE OF PENIS

緒言

　陰茎癌の治療としては，古くより手術，放射線療法などが行なわれている。最近では化学療法，免疫療法なども行なわれるようになつている。

　著者らの一人，村橋らはすでに2例の陰茎癌に阻血療法がきわめて有効であつたと報告している^1）。

Two cases of penile cancer were treated by the ligation and release method.

The cases reported here were as follows: case No. 1: 79 year-old, male, farmer. Pathological diagnosis was squamous cell carcinoma of the penis. Other clinical data were within normal limits. Penile tumor have been strangulated by forceps and released after twenty-four hours.

And this penile tumor have been completely healed in three months after this treatment alone.

Case No. 2: 48 year-old, male, a department clerk.
