　思春期早発症およびクッシング症候群を呈した1歳11ヵ月男児に右副腎全摘術を施行した。術前診断で，石灰化像や2つの症候群の合併等の悪性腫瘍を示唆する所見も得られたが，病理学的検索を中心としたその総合的な所見より副腎皮質良性腺腫と診断した。

A case of a 23-month-old boy with feature of virilization and Cushing syndrome due to right adrenal cortical tumor was reported.Although preoperatively its calcification and endocrinological data suggested carcinoma,the final pathological diagnosis was adrenocortical adenoma without evidence of capsular,vascular or nodal infiltration.Some discussion was made on the pathogenesis of calcification in this case,different features of adenoma versus carcinoma in general,and the clinical relevance of virilizing cortical tumor in children.
