Bourneville-Pringle母斑症に合併した腎血管筋脂肪腫の1例

RENAL ANGIOMYOLIPOMA COMPLICATED WITH BOURNEVILLE PRINGLE PHACOMATOSIS: A CASE REPORT

緒言

　腎の良性腫瘍は臨床症状をあらわすことが少ないため大部分が剖検により発見されており，生前に臨床的に診断し得たという報告例は比較的まれである。

　われわれはBourneville-Pringle phakomatosis（以下B-P．phと略称する）に合併した血管筋脂肪腫の治験例について述べ，あわせて若干の文献的考察を加えて報告したい。

A 42 year old male visited our clinic with the chief complaint of a mass in the right flank and a history of exploratory laparotomy for suspected left renal tumor by a local doctor but details were unknown. Lesions of Bourneville-Pringle phacomatosis are seen in the face and has been under medication for high blood pressure for 2 years.

An infant head sized mass was palpable at the right flank with irregular surface, and was mobile with remarkable tenderness.
