先天性腎内性動静脈瘻の1例

A CASE OF CONGENITAL INTRARENAL ARTERIO-VENOUS FISTULA

緒言

　腎動静脈瘻は1923年Varela^1）によつて最初に報告された疾患である。本症の頻度はかなり低いといわれていたが近年血管撮影法，特に腎動脈撮影法の進歩と共に報告例が増加し，最近では200例以上に及ぶといおれている^2）。われわれは高度の血尿を呈したCirsoid型の先天性腎内性動静脈瘻と思われる1症例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を行ないつつ，その臨床所見と経過を報告する。

A 40 years old woman visited our hospital with the complaints of gross hematuria and right flankpain. IVP and selectivel renal angiography revealed intrarenal arterio-venous fistula of right kidney.We have observed her without any operative procedure and she has remained symptomless for 2 years.

Cases of renal arterio-venous fistula reported in the literature were reviewed.
