PHOTOCYSTOSCOPY

緒言

　膀胱鏡写真撮影法の簡易化について，われわれはかねてより検討してきたが^1），最近膀胱鏡検査に際し，手軽にかつ失敗なく膀胱内所見を写真撮影できる装置を開発した^2）。そこでその装置を使用したPhotocystoscopy（写真膀胱鏡検査法）について概説する．

A new photographic system in cystoscopy has been developed. The components of this system include a small and light camera, a light guide having special lens in the connector to get wideangled illumi-nation and a light source with an automatic exposure system. Olympus color 16mm cassette film, 1602-D is used. The film has 20 exposures, but 10 exposures for a case are enough except special cases. These photographs can be kept as a record in the case sheet and can be used at any time to compare bladder lesions with those taken on all previous occasions. So the examination by this technique can be called "photocystoscopy".
