膀胱鏡写真撮影法の簡易化とポラロイドカメラの応用

A SIMPLE TECHNIQUE FOR CYSTOSCOPIC PHOTOGRAPHY AND THE USE OF POLAROID CAMERA

緒言

　膀胱内所見の撮影には，従来から写真用膀胱鏡が使用されているが，撮影に際し慣用の検査用膀胱鏡とは別の膀胱鏡およびその附属品が必要であり，撮影法もやや面倒な点が多かつた。そこで膀胱鏡検査に際し，カメラを用意するだけで写真撮影を可能にすること，およびポラロイドカメラにより検査と同時に膀胱内写真を得ること，この二点を目標に膀胱鏡写真撮影用具の工夫検討を行なつた。

Without the endoscopy designed for photography which requires expensive investment in equipment, we have obtained sufficent cystoscopic photography with only commercially available camera or polaroid camera attached to conventional cystoscope.

The components of this system include 1) Olympus endoscope, 2) Olympus ILK-2 light source, 3) Olympus camera (single eye OM-1) or polaroid camera SC-P and 4) an adaptor to attach these components to the endoscope.
