高度の血尿を呈したDICの1例

A CASE OF DIC WITH MASSIVE GROSS HEMATURIA

緒言

　播種性血管内凝固症候群（Disseminated Intra-vascular Coagulation，以下DICと略す）は，近年決して珍しいものではなく，各科領域でしばしばみられる重要な症候群である。

　にもかかわらず本邦においては，泌尿器科疾患に合併したDICの報告は少ない。最近われわれは，高度の血尿を呈し臨床的に前立腺腫瘍の存在を疑われたDICの1例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A case of DIC (Disseminated Intravascular Coagulation) seen in 68-year-old male was reported. The patient was admitted with gross hematuria and right flank colic. He had suffered from right renal stone eight months ago and was followed at our clinic.

After admission, signs and symptoms were gradually improved, but on the 18th hospital day, gross hematuria recurred. Cystoscopically, bleeding points were not idntified because of massive hematuria without clots.
