膀胱に発生した原発性局所性アミロイドーシスの1例

PRIMARY LOCALIZED AMYLOIDOSIS OF THE URINARY BLADDER: REPORT OF A CASE

緒言

　従来アミロイドーシスは本邦では稀とされてきたが，この疾患に対する関心が高まるにつれ，それほど稀ではないことがわかつてきた。しかし，尿路に発生する局所性アミロイドーシスの報告はいまだ少ない。最近われわれは膀胱に発生した原発性局所性アミロイドーシスの1例を経験したので報告する。

A 68-year-old female was admitted to the Department of Urology, Niigata University Hospital on June 18, 1979 with complaints of painless gross hematuria and low back pain. Cystoscopic examination showed nodular or edematous swelling at the bladder neck and in the vicinity of left ureteral orifice, which was also shown on double contrast cystogram. Physical examination showed no specific abnor-mality. Serum electrolytes, liver function, renal function, and electrocardiogram were all within normal range. Biopsy specimens were taken through transurethral resection on june 25 and on July 9, 1979.
