原発性限局性膀胱アミロイドーシスの1例

PRIMARY LOCALIZED AMYLOIDOSIS OF THE BLADDER: A CASE REPORT

　58歳，男性。肉眼的血尿を主訴に当科を受診。膀胱鏡検査にて膀胱右側壁に非乳頭状腫瘍を認め，経尿道的切除術を行った。病理組織学的に膀胱粘膜に悪性所見はなく，粘膜下にアミロイド線維の沈着を認めた。他に基礎疾患もなく，直腸粘膜生検にて異常を認めなかった。原発性限局性膀胱アミロイドーシスと診断した。

A 58-year-old man with a complaint of macroscopic hematuria was revealed to have a non-papillary tumor in the right wall of the urinary bladder by cystoscopy. Transurethral resection of the tumor was performed. Histological examination revealed no malignant mucosal change with submucosal amyloid deposit. Diagnosis of a primary localized amyloidosis of the bladder was estab-lished.
