Cyclophosphamide投与中に発生した膀胱腫瘍の1例

BLADDER TUMOR COMPLICATING CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE THERAPY

緒言

　cyclophosphamideは現在広く使用されている制癌剤であるが，その副作用の1つとして出血性膀胱炎があげられる。しかし，膀胱腫瘍発生については，その報告例は極めて稀である。最近われわれは多発性骨髄腫と診断され約3年間にわたりcyclophosphamide投与をうけた後，膀胱腫瘍の発生を認めた1例を経験したので，若干の考察を加えて報告する。

A 60-year-old man with IgG-kappa myeloma recieved a total of 77 g of cyclophosphamide over a period of 3 years. Painless hematuria developed in April 1977 and transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder (Grade I ) was found. 12 cases of cyclophospphamide-induced bladder tumor reported in the literature including our case were reviewed and discussion on the etiology was made.
