婦人科手術後の尿管合併症

URETERAL COMPLICATION OF GYNECOLOGICAL OPERATION

緒言

　子宮頸癌根治手術をはじめとする婦人科手術後に尿管合併症のみられることはよく識られている。われわれは最近の1年8ヵ月間に，婦人科手術後に尿管合併症の生じた6例を経験したが，それらの臨床成績を検討した結果，本症の経過および治療方針について若干の知見を得たので，文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Four cases of ureteral stricture and 2 cases of ureterovaginal fistula after gynecological operation were reported and their clinical course and treating method were discussed.

Prognosis of ureteral stricture following radical hysterectomy for carcinoma of the cervix were grouped into three types; 1) improving tendency in about 2 months after operation with almost complete recovery in functions and morphology after 3 or 4 months, 2) progressive downhill in renal functions, and 3) no change with persistent hydronephrosis of same degree.
