腎手術についての臨床的検討—第1報：腎部分切除術について

CLINICAL STUDIES ON THE RENAL SURGERY:(1) PARTIAL NEPHRECTOMY

緒言

　腎部分切除術（Partial nephrectomy）は，1864年de Rouvilleがこの手術の可能性を証明して以来，次第に臨床に応用されるようになつた。

　わが国においても，1926年井尻の1例（右腎結核に対して試みた），1950年楠の右腎下極の切除術施行がみられている。それ以後，通常の腎手術法の1つとしてどの泌尿器科においても施行されているといつても過言ではないといえよう。

For the past 13 years from 1963 to date, partial nephrectomy has been performed 40 times in 38 cases; 33 cases of renal calculi, 3 of horsehoe kidney, 2 of renal tuberculosis.

Operative results were as follows: Secondary nephrectomy was performed in 1 case for postoperative hemorrhage. There have been 5 cases of recurrent renal calculi more than 6 months after operation.
