先天性陰核包皮脂肪腫の1例

A CASE OF CONGENITAL LIPOMA OF THE CLITORIS

緒言

　一般に陰核に原発する腫瘍は稀とされており，とりわけ新生児・乳児期における陰核腫瘍の報告は内外文献上極めて少ない。一方，新生児・乳児の陰核に腫瘍が発生すると，一見半陰陽に類似した外陰部所見を呈し，半陰陽との鑑別が臨床的に重要な問題となつて来る。

　最近，われわれは半陰陽とまぎらわしい先天性陰核包皮脂肪腫の1例を経験したので報告する。

A 38 days old female infant was admitted to the hospital with the chief complaint of enlarged phallus. On physical examination, the clitoris was enlarged. It was a globular soft tissue mass. The external genitalia otherwise were normal for a female infant.

Amount of 17 Ketosteroids in a 24-hour urine specimen was normal. The buccal smear showed a positive sex chromatin pattern, and karyotype was 46 XX. No laparotomy was intended, because the lesion was thought to be a congenital clitoral enlargement unrelated to intersexual disorders. Simple reduction clitoroplasty was carried out.
