小児にみられた外傷性腎動脈閉塞の1例

A CASE REPORT OF RENAL ARTERY OCCLUSION DUE TO BLUNT ABDOMINAL TRAUMA IN A CHILD

緒言

　腹部の非穿孔性外傷にさいして，腎動脈閉塞に基づく腎梗塞をみることは非常に稀である。外国例ではFay^1）が38例を集計しているが，本邦では大野^2）による外傷性腎梗塞の1例という記載があるにすぎず，未だ詳細な報告をみていない。

　最近著者は交通事故による外傷性腎動脈閉塞の1例を経験したのでここに報告する。

A case of renal artery occlusion due to blunt abdominal trauma was reported. A 6-year-old boy was involved in an automobile accident in August 1974. Physical examination in an emergency hospital revealed contusion of left costovertebral area and head, but radiologic studies revealed fracture of left femur, which was noticed was treated conservatively. Two weeks after the accident, macroscopic heniaturia, but it gradually disappeared without treatment. Six weeks after the accident, the same episo de occured.On Nov. 1, 1974 he was transferred to our clinic.
