特異な血液疾患に合併した排尿障害の4例

FOUR CASES OF URINARY DISTURBANCE IN PATIENTS WITH BLOOD DISEASES

緒言

　血液疾患を有する患者が種々の排尿異常を呈することは稀ではない。とくに悪性貧血，鎌形赤血球症などでは原疾患にもとづくと思われる神経の障害による多彩な排尿障害がみられることが既に報告されている^1,2）。最近われわれは血液疾患に合併する排尿障害を有する症例を経験したので，その概要を報告する。

It has been reported that some patients with blood diseases were complicated with urinary disturbance. Recently, we had experienced 4 cases of blood diseases with some urinary disorders.

They were: case 1 iron defficiency anemia in a 15 year old male with nocturnal enuresis, case 2 hypochromic anemia in a 46 year old female with dysuria and uninhibited urinary incontinence, case 3 hereditary spherocytosis in a 65 year old female with pollakisuria and case 4 idiopathic throm-bocytopenic purpura in a 66 year old female with dysuria and overflow urinary incontinence.
