排尿失神（Micturition Syncope）の3例

MICTURITION SYNCOPE: REPORT OF THREE CASES

緒言

　排尿中または排尿直後に失神発作をおこす症例のあることは1946年にRugg-Gunn^1）によつてはじめて報告されたが，排尿失神MicturitionSyncopeと呼ばれるこの発作は，その後いくつかの臨床例で報告^{3〜15,18〜24）}され，わが国でも1965年小原^2）が報告して以来数10例の報告^{16,17,25〜31）}がなされている。しかし，その発生機序や病態についての検討は十分でなく，治療法も確立されているとはいえない。

　最近われわれは本症の3例を経験したので，多少の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Recently, we had experienced three cases of micturition syncope.

Case 1 : A 55-year-old male had experienced micturition syncope after exhaustion, drinking, and a short sleep. Abnormal findings could not be found by clinical examination, and he had been free from such syncope without any treatment.
