膀胱の代用として用いた直腸の排尿機能

THE FUNCTIONAL RESULTS OF THE RECTUM AS A NEW URINARY RESERVOIR

はじめに

　近年，膀胱の代用または膀胱容量の増大を目的として直腸を利用する手術例が増加してきた。従来，腸管の利用法としては回腸または直腸が利用され，それぞれの利点についてはすでに幾多の報告がなされている。

　今回，われわれは直腸を尿路へ利用した症例の排尿機能について，その内圧測定や尿流測定などを行ない検討した。

The function of rectum, utilized as urinary tract, to void were studied on 11 cases done by the Coffey-Usadel method (7 cases), ureterosigmoidostomy (2 cases) and the Kuss method (2 cases).

The examined items were the patients subjective complaints, amout of residual urine, follow up studies on the shape of rectum or bladder by x-ray television during drip instillation of dye into the bladder and its change of pressure.
