緒言
睾丸腫瘍のうち，間細胞腫あるいはセルトリー細胞腫などの非精細胞性腫瘍はきわめて稀で，とくにセルトリー細胞腫は現在までに70余例の報告をみるに過ぎない。最近わたくしたちも副睾丸部腫瘤を主訴として来院した男性で，臨床的には外性器をはじめ内分泌系の異常をみとめなかつたが，術後の組織学的検査により，androblastoma（セルトリー細胞腫）と診断した1例を経験したので報告する。
A 41 year old male visited our clinic with the chief complaint of painless mass in the left scrotum but no endocrine disturbance were noticed. The diagnosis of androblastoma (Sertoli cell tumor) was established by postoperative histopathological examination, and considered to be the 4th case in the Japanese literature.
