セルトリー細胞腫の1例

A CASE OF SERTOLI CELL TUMOR

Ⅰ．緒言

　セルトリー細胞腫は，きわめてまれな疾患で，わが国における報告例は，2例にすぎない。最近我々は，外尿道口からの出血を主訴として来院した患者に，左睾丸腫瘍を発見し，組織学的にセルトリー細胞腫であつた症例を経験したのでここに報告する。

Case is a 30 years old male, a father of one child, who noticed the gradual swelling of the left testicle for 10 years but left it alone since he did not feel any pain nor other symptoms. Recently he noticed some bleeding from the external urethral orifice which brought him to us and left testicular tumor was discovered.

Status is middle size with good muscular development and the development of beard and pubic hair was of masculine type. There were no gynecomastia nor other sign of feminization.
