重複癌と考えられる原発性十二指腸癌の腎転移例

A CASE OF PRIMARY DUODENAL CANCER METASTASIZED TO THE RIGHT KIDNEY AND SUSPECTED AS DOUBLE CANCER

　原発性十二指腸癌は比較的稀な疾患とされる^32）。われわれは盲腸癌として加療された症例で，6年後に十二指腸原発癌が右腎に直接転移をきたしたきわめて稀な1例を経験したので報告する。

Primary duodenal cancer is a rare disease. In the recent literature, no case of primary duodenal cancer metastasized directly to the kidney has been reported.

A 40 years old man underwent right hemicolectomy for cancer cecum of (histologically: adenocarcinoma) six years ago. He was admitted to our clinic with complaints of a palpable painfal tumor in the right upper quadrant and right back pain. This tumor was diagnosed as primary right malignant renal tumor invased to the adjacent organs by means of urography and pneumoretroperitoneum.
