遺残臍動脈による下部尿管狭窄の1例

OBSTRUCTION OF THE LOWER URETER BY UMBILICAL ARTERY

緒言

　異常血管の圧迫による先天性尿管狭窄は比較的稀な疾患であり，とくに下部尿管に発生するものは極めて少数の報告例を数えるに過ぎない。最近われわれは臍動脈の絞扼による尿管狭窄のため，水腎水尿管症をきたした症例を経験したので報告する。

Congenital ureteral stricture due to compression from vascular anomaly is rather rare and especially those occurring at the lower ureter are very rare. Only 11 cases could be collected from the literature. According to the reported cases, including our case, which were caused by blood vessels, 8 cases were from umbilical artery, 2 were from patent blood vessels and one case was from hypogastric artery. Sex incidence were 9 in boys and 2 were in girls which showed a higher incidence among the male. Six cases or more than half of them were found before 10 years old.
