巨大腎動脈瘤の1剖検例

LARGE ANEURYSM OF THE RENAL ARTERY : Report of a Case with Autopsy

　腎動脈瘤は従来まれな疾患とされていたが，種々の検査法，ことに大動脈撮影の普及とともに報告例が増加し，岸本ら^1）（1961）の集計によると，外国で222例が報告されている。本邦における腎動脈瘤症例は少なく，著者らが調べ得た範囲では，本例を含めて8例の報告をみるにすぎない。

　最近，著者らは巨大腎動脈瘤の1例を経験したので報告する。

Case is a 36 years old male, who visited our clinic on April 20, 1965 with the chief complaint of hypertension and left flank pain. Various examination was done suspecting pheochromocytoma but was ruled out by Regitin test and others but differential diagnosis of kidney tumor could not be made even by intravenous pyelogram, retrograde pyelogram, pneumoretroperitoneum, transfemoral aortogram, I¹³¹ Hippuran renogram and scintigram and the diagnosis was made by exploratory laparotomy. 2 days after surgery, dyspnea was noticed which was relieved by blood transfusion temporaly but hypotension occurred which could not be recovered.
