組織学的に興味ある所見を示した睾丸悪性リンパ腫の1例

A CASE OF THE MALIGNANT LYMPHOMA WITH AN INTERESTING HISTOLOGY

緒言

　睾丸の悪性リンパ腫は極めて稀である．われわれは最近その1例を経験し，病理学的にもはなはだ興味ある所見を呈し，電顕的にも検索したので，若干の臨床，病理学的考察を加えて報告する。

A 74-year old man was admitted to the hospital with the chief complaint of gradual increase in the size of the left testis without pain for 2 months. Testicular tumor was suspected and left orchiec-tomy was performed. Microscopic examination of the specimen revealed plasmacytoid reticulum cell sarcoma. But electron microscopic examination showed that there were cells showing their differentia-tion towards plasma cells rather than reticulum cells.

Therefore, we diagnosed the tumor as malignant lymphoma of testis pathologically in a broad sense.
