異常開口尿管下端の腟外脱出例—本邦尿管異常開口376例についての統計的観察

A CASE OF URETERAL ECTOPIC OPENING WITH EXTRAVAGINAL PROLAPSUS OF DILATED URETERAL END

緒言

　尿管異常開口は尿路奇形のなかでは比較的多くみられるものである。本邦においても高橋・市川^26）の第1例以降数多くの累積集計が行なわれており，1972年沼里ら^18）は352例を集計している。このうち片側の単一尿管が腟に開口し，患側の発育不全腎を伴うものがもつとも多くみられるが，最近われわれは生後42日目女子で右腎嚢腫，尿管子宮瘻および尿管下端の嚢状拡張による腟外脱出腫瘤を示した尿管腟開口の1例を経験したので報告する。あわせて沼里ら以後，1973年10月までの本邦報告例を集計し，統計的観察を加えた。

A 42-day-old female with the chief complaint of a cystic tumor of the external genitalia was seen. The tumor was a thumb's head sized, round, soft and red mass with smooth surface.

When the patient was crying, the tumor protruded between the labia majora but when she was kept on rest, the tumor was absent.

Excretory urograms revealed right nonfunctioning kidney and left kidney was normal except for slight ureterectasis. Cystogram did not show any deformity of urinary bladder nor VUR.
