はじめに

　抗凝血薬使用にさいしては，出血傾向の出現に対して慎重な配慮が必要であることは周知の事実であり，この点をおろそかにした場合，患者を重篤な状態に陥し入れることになる。われわれは最近，抗凝血薬投与により高度の尿路出血を来たした症例を経験したので報告し，若干の考察を行なうこととする。

A 56 year old house wife with high blood pressure for 10 years was diagnosed as cerebral thombosis in June 1973 and has been taking 12 mg of Sintrom (Acenocoumarin or Nicoumalone) daily since October 23, 1973. Hematuria and right flank pain started on November 12, 1973 and was admittedon the same day. Anemia was remarkable and hematuria from right ureteral orifice was noticed by cystoscopic examination. Right kidney was non-visualized by I.V.P. and lower caly-es were not well outlined by right retrograde pyelography.
