膀胱出血に対するフォルマリン液膀胱内注入の経験

INTRAVESICAL INSTILLATION OF FORMALDEHYDE SOLUTION FOR VESICAL BLEEDING

緒言

　骨盤内悪性腫瘍に対する放射線療法の副作用のうちlate reactionとして，膀胱壁の障害血管より高度，かつ難治性の膀胱出血が起こるとその対策は極めて困難である。最後には尿路変更と膀胱全剔をも必要とするに至る。最近われわれは，子宮癌放射線照射後の難治性の高度の膀胱出血2症例に対し，膀胱内フォルマリン液注入を行ない止血に成功したので報告する。

Case 1 is a 51-year-old house wife with the history of recurrent gross hematuria following radiation treatment for uterine cancer in 1965, who was admitted for bladder tamponade following massive hemorrhage on March 3, 1973. Various conservative treatment showed no effect, transurethral electro-coagulation resulted in only temporaly effect but complete hemostasis was obtained after instillation of 20m1 of 10% formaldehyde solution for 30 minutes under spinal anesthesia on March 22, 1973.
