Anomalies of the upper urinary tract which causes clinical problems are crossed renal ectopia and ectopic ureter. A case of anomaly of the female genitalia with crossed renal ectopia and ectopic ureteral orifice was reported.

Case is a 6-year-old girl, who visited our clinic with the chief complaint of urinary incontinence, on July 26, 1971. Present illness revealed continuous wett underwear since 2 years old when she should outgrow her diapers but spontaneous urination was also observed.
